The Sora Condominium is a joint development project by CEL Development, Singhaiyi Group, and KSH Holdings Limited. CEL Development is a subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd, which is a public listed company in Singapore since 1999. The property developer’s core business is based in Singapore, and it also diversifies its portfolio overseas with impressive property portfolios in Australia and Vietnam. Their existing portfolio at Newton, Kopar at Newton, is almost fully sold out.

Singhaiyi Group, previously known as Haiyi Holdings Pte Ltd, revamped their corporate identity in 2013. The group focuses on both property development and property investment overseas. The group set its foothold in the USA in 2013 and spearheaded real estate development in the residential and commercial segments. Singhaiyi Group’s very first portfolio was The Vales executive condominium, which is located at Anchorvale Crescant. The group subsequently expanded its business into Malaysian real estate, which added to its real estate portfolio.
