What to look for when choosing your unit

Lake-facing stacks: Units in Towers A and B on higher floors (level 10 and above) offer unobstructed lake views. These command a small premium but are expected to appreciate faster at resale given the protected green view corridor.

West sun: Towers facing south-west may receive afternoon sun. For units on lower floors, consider whether your bedroom windows face west — if so, good curtains or smart-glass will matter.
